1. The cardholder is liable for all authorized use of Sarimanok One phonecard including charges incurred by others to whom you have disclosed your card number.

2. For lost or stolen cards, a minimal fee of $5 is charged to cover cost of card replacement and mailing.

3. Sarimanok One card number and minutes expire 12 months from your last recharge order.

4. The cardholder is responsible for a $25 fee for each returned check.
